fix(infra): remove PublishReadyToRun and PublishTrimmed for Docker compatibility

- Remove -p:PublishReadyToRun=true (conflicts with --runtime)
- Remove -p:PublishTrimmed=true (simplify for Docker)
- Keep --runtime linux-x64 for Linux container builds
